• Dimensional controls (in accordance with DIN 7168 m, f)

• Geometric controls

• Visual (VT) and penetrant (PT) tests at the welding stage

3. The final product controls: (according to the CEMA standard)

• Non-penetrating water test

• Dust Insufficiency Test

• Roller tangency test

• Rotation test under service load

The final roll test consists of water, dust, tensile testing, and rotary friction testing during loading. The final stages of control and final testing are carried out in accordance with the CEMA, DIN 22112, ISO 1940 standards, and the results are archived as a roll-call identifier.
